ELIGIBILITY: Art shall be made of used and scrap material only. Two dimensional size not to exceed 96”x 96”. Three dimensional entries not to exceed 48”x 48”x 96”. Multimedia, think recycled! use any old materials. Work must be constructed by the person named on entry blank. Work must have been completed after year 2011.
ENTRY: Use entry blank below and include two printed photos per entry (1 full view and 1 close-up) Limit 3 entries per person. (The entry fee of $ 20.00 covers 1- 3 entries)
ACCEPTED WORK: Selected artists will be responsible for transport of work to and from the Gallery. The artist is responsible for any insurance of his/her work during transit or exhibition. (While excellent security is in place and utmost care is given to all entries, Wholly Rags does not assume any liability for any damage or loss, before, during or after the exhibition. Work must be available for display from August 22 – September 8, 2013.
AWARDS: Jurors and Viewers choice awards
SALES: Wholly Rags takes 20% commission on sales. Sales will be encouraged unless work is marked NFS.
ARTIST MUST: Complete the form below. Mark each photo entry with:
TITLE OF WORK, ARTISTS NAME, DATE COMPLETED
List size and materials used on entry form
AGREEMENT: Submission of photo images and or works of art to this exhibition constitutes an agreement on the part of the artist to all terms and conditions of this prospectus. Artist’s signature is required below.
